Registered Patent Agent services focus on helping applicants obtain patents.

Expert Consulting services for lawyers include analysis of large amounts of technical information, the preparation of written findings and analysis, interviews of technical witnesses, education of attorneys on technical matters involved in the litigation (including advising attorneys concerning discovery requests) and participation in settlement conferences.


Technical Background 

Provided pharmacometric modeling (PK/PD) and developed clinical trial simulation software for large US BioPharma companies. Developed wavelet-based system for remote surveillance effective over ADSL lines. Completed viability study for Board of large European telecom. Enabled MPEG interactive television and mobile videophone commerce solutions for iSeeTV.  Developed interactive television set top box firmware.  Immanuel Freedman developed screen scrape software for the FannieMae MORNET Loss Mitigation System, attitude determination, calibration  and sensor processing systems for  LANDSAT, SPOT and COBE satellites, Cyrax 3D and Laser-Scan 2D laser-scanning GIS systems. 

Recent Cases

Retained by Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP as Expert Witness for the defendants (and counterclaim plaintiffs) in the ACTV, Inc. & HyperTV, Inc. v. The Walt Disney Co., ABC, Inc. and ESPN, Inc.interactive television patent lawsuit.

Retained by the Office of the Chief Counsel, IRS as Expert Witness on video technology and special effects  in a Research Tax Credit case.
